(North Bend OR) – In preparation for the upcoming flying season, Skywest which operates United Express flights at the Southwest Oregon Regional Airport is hiring. The two positions are seasonal and are for an Airport Agent and a Ramp Agent. Airport Agents ensure excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks. Those include ticketing and re-booking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more. A Ramp Agent is responsible for processing baggage between baggage areas in the airport facilities and aircraft, as well as receiving and dispatching aircraft.
